The agenda

Run it the same way every week. The structure keeps 90 minutes from sprawling. Most of the time goes to IDS — identifying, discussing, and solving the issues that actually move the business.

Keep it current

Add a row every week right after the meeting. A meeting that isn’t logged didn’t happen — the list is how we hold the cadence honest and spot weeks we skipped.

Weekly recap

Posted in #leadership within an hour of every L10. Short. Captures decisions, new to-dos, and cascading messages so the team that wasn’t in the room still knows what changed.

Source of truth

If the leadership team keeps the live scorecard / rocks / issues in a working doc (Notion, Monday, Sheets), this page mirrors it for the record. Update both, or pick one as canonical and link the other.

Format follows the EOS Level 10 Meeting. Partner-only — this is executive leadership material. Example data shown; replace with live numbers each week.
